Job Description:

• Lead all business operations across the company.
• Build, mentor, and manage the leadership team.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure alignment across Retail, Marketing, HR, E-commerce, Finance, and Commercial functions.
• Establish clear KPIs, accountability, and performance management.
• Lead new store openings and continuous business improvement.
• Build scalable systems, processes, and a strong performance culture.

• Higher Education, Preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management;
• MBA is Preferred;
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management;
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering business growth;
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams;
• 7-10 of Sr. Leadership Expertise in Retail Field;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs, Knowledge of BI Tools & ERP Programs would be considered as plus;
• Fluent English.
