We are looking for a sales manager in Tbilisi for one of the logistics companies, which has been successfully operating for more than 25 years in the field of air/sea/railway and land transportation. Functions and duties: search for and attract new customers in the direction of international land, sea and air transportation; development, maintenance and long-term relationship management of existing and own active customer base; identification of client needs, preparation of commercial offers and negotiations production; agreement of rates and terms of service with the operational team and correct transfer of orders; execution of sales plan and individual KPIs; Timely recording of process, communication and forecasts in CRM.
Qualification requirements: 2 years of work experience in the position of a sales manager in a logistics company; Bachelor's degree in logistics is desirable; knowledge of English at an intermediate level is necessary; knowledge of Microsoft and CRM programs is necessary.
