Requirements: Higher Education, Preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management; MBA is Preferred; Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management; Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering business growth; Experience building and developing high-performing teams; 7-10 of Sr. Leadership Expertise in Retail Field; Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills; Proficiency in MS Office Programs, Knowledge of BI Tools & ERP Programs would be considered as plus; Fluent English.
